We ship internationally! Currently you can check out in CAD or USD - to change the currency, scroll down to the bottom left corner of our footer to select the currency of your choice.
We currently can only ship orders totalling $250CAD or more to the UK due to the new taxation rules. If you have any questions about orders going into the UK please email us at email@example.com
Canadian orders take 2-8 business days to arrive. American orders take 4-10 business days to arrive. International orders take 6-21 business days to arrive. If you have specific questions about shipping please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to edit or change your order please email us immediately at email@example.com clearly stating your order number and what you would like to change. Please not we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate your change but will do our very best to.
We occasionally offer the option to pre-order, this allows you to be one of the first to purchase an item. Some of our items are stocked in limited quantities and by pre-ordering you are securing your purchase before the item goes out of stock. Shipping within Canada is $8 tracked with free shipping on orders over $150. Shipping within the United States is $8 tracked with free shipping on orders over $150. International orders are $22 tracked shipping. Additional duties may apply upon arrival – we are not responsible for these additional costs. Any shipping and duties fees are non-refundable. MARY YOUNG will accept merchandise in its original unused condition, excluding panties, for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sale confirmation email or invoice, within 10 days from arrival. After 10 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than material defects. All sale and discounted items (promotion code applied) are considered final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. All sale items are considered final sale.
Note: We are extending our return and exchange policy to 20 days upon receiving your order due to limited access to postal services during COVID-19 pandemic.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on products purchased at locations other than MARYYOUNG.COM. Please return the item in store where it was purchased. Items with material damage will be exchanged there.
All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. MARY YOUNG is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. Please note there will be a fee for returns sent to the wrong address.
Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email we have on file. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund. If an exchange, you will be notified of shipment and tracking in a separate email.
MARY YOUNG reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way.
If your order number is four digits starting with the number 5 or 6 request a return or exchange here and if your order number is four digits starting with the number 1 please email us at email@example.com to begin a return or exchange.
Product Info & Care
The item may have been removed from our site due to change in season or the item selling out.
For best long term care, hand wash items in cold water and lay flat to dry. Do not iron or dry clean. All of our merchandise includes wash and care instructions on the label.
When you check out you'll be able to include a message in the Special Instructions box that your purchase is a gift. We will make sure to remove any pricing on the garments and invoice. If you'd like a note included, please type it in the Special Instructions box and we will be sure to add it to the package. When you are completing check out, fill in the shipping address the address you wish the gift to be sent to.
