Week 3: Write a Love Letter to Yourself

When was the last time you received a love letter? Or even just a letter? We’re so used to typing out our feels and sending them instantly to the receiver. It’s even become common for us to write to ourselves in our phone notes. But, there’s something classic and romantic about writing love letters. This week we want to ask you to pull out a piece of paper and a pen and write a little (or long) love letter to yourself. 

Writing a letter to yourself will give you the space to focus only on the things that you love about yourself. This is the chance to remind yourself to appreciate who you are and the value you bring to the table. It’s a reminder that you have the power to give yourself the love you deserve, in the simplest way possible. 

It would be a bit of a lie to say that it’s a completely easy process, this article gives a few tips on how to write a letter to yourself. One piece of advice that we love from the article is “to be your own admirer”, what do you feel proud of? What makes you love yourself?
