We ship internationally!
You can check out in CAD or USD - to change the currency, scroll down to the bottom left corner of our footer to select the currency of your choice.
Currently, we are only able to ship orders totalling £135 or more to the UK and €150 to EU countries due to the new taxation rules.

Please allow 2-4 business days for our team to fulfill your order from time of purchase. Once your order is shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location.
Canada: 2-8 business days
USA: 4-10 business days
International: 6-21 business days

If you need to edit or change your order please email us immediately at hello@maryyoung.com clearly stating your order number and what you would like to change. Please note we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate your change or cancellation but will do our very best to.
We occasionally offer the option to pre-order, this allows you to be one of the first to purchase an item. Some of our items are stocked in limited quantities and by pre-ordering you are securing your purchase before the item goes out of stock. Shipping within Canada and the United States is $12 tracked with free shipping on orders over $150. International orders are $22 tracked shipping.

Please read our Return and Exchange Policy below carefully before returning any items from your order.
All full-priced items excluding panties and swim are eligible for return or exchange within 20 calendar days of the date you receive your package. Swim can be exchanged or returned for store credit only – hygienic liner must be in place to qualify for exchange/store credit. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached to proceed with a return. We reserve the right to send back items that do not qualify for a return. Panties are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Refund garments must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of approval. A return postage fee of $12.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges can be completed by mailing back your return and then placing a new order. Once the return has been received a refund will be processed to the original payment within 7-10 business days.

Note:
Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our staff to confirm they meet our return-eligible standards as indicated above. Store credit requests are free to process and issued electronically in the form of a gift card. Credits do not expire and cannot be refunded. MARY YOUNG is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. Please note there will be a fee for returns sent to the wrong address. Discounted (which include all promotional codes excluding the welcome code) or price reduced items purchased in the context of a sale - online or offline - are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Damaged returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to the sender at the cost of the sender. We do not offer returns or exchanges on products purchased at locations other than MARYYOUNG.COM. Panties do not qualify for returns or exchanges due to the hygienic nature of the product.
What do I do with damaged items?
We allow 60 days for customers to report material damage. To begin the process, please email hello@maryyoung.com with clear photos of the damaged items.
Can I return an internationally shipped order?
Items purchased internationally (outside of Canada & the United States) are the responsibility of the customer to return. Please mark “RETURNED GOODS” with no monetary value on your package. MARY YOUNG cannot accept any COD returns and is not responsible for any duties or import taxes on returns.

Product Info & Care
See the size chart for correct sizing. Like new denim, our bras and panties take time to wear in as well. The fabric and elastic will give with wear and soften up on your skin. If you have sizing questions please email us at hello@maryyoung.com
The item may have been removed from our site due to change in season or the item selling out.
For best long term care, hand wash items in cold water and lay flat to dry. Do not iron or dry clean. All of our merchandise includes wash and care instructions on the label.
When you check out you'll be able to include a message in the Special Instructions box that your purchase is a gift. We will make sure to remove any pricing on the garments and invoice. If you'd like a note included, please type it in the Special Instructions box and we will be sure to add it to the package. When you are completing check out, fill in the shipping address the address you wish the gift to be sent to.
Sustainability
Materials that are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Certified have been tested for harmful substances using a global standard and independent testing to be deemed harmless for human health. 70% of our product range is made with certified materials including our rayon of bamboo and swim material, and we’re currently working to update the remainder of our collection.
Microfibres are a type of microplastic released when we wash synthetic or semi-synthetic textiles (which make up more than 60% of clothing everwhere). Full disclosure: This means that washing your MARY YOUNG garments can release microplastic particles. The good news is that there are ways to reduce the number of particles being released! Handwashing your garments in cold water or using a shorter washing cycle is a great option. Using a filter (like this one) is also effective, however it may not be the most accessible option – other alternatives include The Cora Ball or The Guppy washing bag.
We believe safe and dignified working conditions are a human right, so we ensure we only work with partners who comply with the ETI Base Code. Our manufacturer in Montreal also abides with standards set by CNESST which is regulated every five years. We visit our manufacturer twice a year, however due to COVID-19 we’ve temporarily moved toward more frequent virtual calls for the increased safety of everyone involved. Internally, we do not support unpaid internships and we treat employee well-being as our top priority - yes, that includes frequent team bonding aka cocktail/mocktail hour ;)
All orders are packed and shipped from Montreal, Quebec by hand and without the use of single-use polybags. The mailers we ship orders in are made from 100% recycled material, 50% post-consumer waste, and are both reusable and fully recyclable. The tissue wrapping we use is made with 80% recycled material and can be recycled along with the inserts added to each package, or composted at home (remember to check with your local facilities as acceptable materials can vary!). If an order requires a box to ship in, we use a cardboard, non-filmed box and add packing peanuts that are fully dissolvable in water.
Any products sent back to us are processed through a set of quality standards which if met, are added back to our inventory. In some cases, if the items don’t quite live up to our sellable standards but are still in great shape, we treat them with tender love and care (including mending and cleaning where necessary) so we can donate them. Fun fact: you can reuse the packaging your order came in to send back your return by using the second adhesive strip on the poly bag!
We’ve partnered up with Carbon Neutral Club, which is a monthly membership that rewards you for fighting climate change. By estimating and offsetting your carbon footprint, you’ll get exclusive rewards from some of the best sustainable brands – like us! Spoiler alert: This means 20% off on our entire site up to four times a year! To be included in this, we completed and passed a Sustainability Exploration which reviewed on our impact on People, Planet, and Purpose. To take it one step further, we've teamed up to become a Certified Carbon Neutral Workforce by estimating and offsetting the collective carbon footprint of our employees.
One of the many benefits of being a small business includes the ability to produce limited production runs using low waste cutting techniques to avoid over-producing. Utilizing pre-orders on new launches helps us anticipate demand more accurately. We also partner with our manufacturer to create exclusive collections using fabric we already have on-hand.
