Creating a routine is so important. I used to feel that a routine would make me complacent but when used properly, it will fill up your cup and make you feel more energized throughout the day. In the face of change, a proper routine can help you feel grounded, even if everything is changing. It gives you a section of time in your day that gives you a sense of certainty. You know that every day you’ll do the same sequence of activities at the same time. You may incorporate a workout, meditation, journaling, or walking.
