April: Accepting and Adapting to Change

Change can be exciting and positive, or difficult, heartbreaking, and stressful. It’s one of those inevitable occurrences in life. Whether it’s a job transition, a move, a break-up, or losing a loved one – changes push us out of our comfort zone. We find ourselves in a new reality and it can feel disorientating. Whatever it may be for you, our intention this month is focused on finding your footing in the process of change. For the month of April, we’ll be exploring different tools you can use to accept and adjust to change.

WEEK 1: TAKE THE TIME TO ADJUST

WEEK 2: TALK TO SOMEONE

WEEK 3: MAP OUT THE CHANGE

WEEK 4: CREATE A ROUTINE

Now that we’re at the end of the month, take a quick moment to reflect on this month’s intention. We’ll see you next month with our new intention!

Prompts:

  1. Out of the four tools to adjust and accept change – which one have you used before and which one would you like to lean into more moving forward?

  2. What are some other ways things you’ve done when you’re in the middle of a transition?

  3. We believe in personalizing self-care tools to suit you – is there an action that we’ve explored that you’d like to tweak? What would you change?
