In honour of our monthly intention, rest & reset, these downloadables are the perfect reminder to prioritize yourself. 

If you've been following our monthly intention on the self love club podcast, available on Spotify, Apple, YouTube and basically everywhere you get podcasts, you know how much we are prioritizing rest and reset this month. This intention feels very on the nose as we head into the last month of the year which is often one of the busiest months of the year. 

Whether rest is something that comes easy to you or it's a battle, like I often feel, the reality is we all need it and more than anything, we need to learn how to listen to our body to give it rest when it needs it. There's some days that it's easy for me to be in tune with what my body needs and other days I need visible or physical reminders that I need to set boundaries for myself. One way I'v been doing that lately is creating moodboards that inspire me for where I'm at – and where I want to be. This moodboard has been my screensaver for a few days now and I figured if it's helping me, it'll likely help you too! So if you're feeling stuck or out of tune with how to rest or how to remind yourself that it's a priority that you shouldn't be ignoring, you too can download and save these moodboards to have as a desktop screensaver or phone background! 

To download simply right click on the images and select save, then set as your wallpaper on your desktop or phone.
