Week 1: Write Yourself an Apology
Before we jump right into attempting to forgive ourselves, we need to determine what we want to forgive. This week, the challenge is to write yourself an apology. Type it out or grab a pen – whatever works for you. When we write an apology we’ll be acknowledging the things that make us feel negative feelings. It could be guilt, shame, anger, resentment, and more. Whatever it may be, this week give yourself the space to write down the things you’ve been holding onto.The self love club™ is a movement powered by us at MARY YOUNG and we want you to be a part of it. We believe it’s time to open up the dialogue within our community to focus on self love and acceptance. The club is not us, the club is not purchasing a garment, the club is you and your attitude. Our belief is also expressed by donating proceeds from every sale to a different non-profit organization each year that focuses on benefiting and uplifting others through opportunities and resources.
